Leads the integration of IT and OT eCompliance, modernizes technology, and enhances Quality Assurance oversight within Novartis Technical Operations.
Collaborates with eCompliance stakeholders, cross-functional partners, CIO, Data Integrity colleagues, and key stakeholders while employing strategic thinking to drive initiatives forward.
Identifies, measures, remediates, and monitors regulatory risks associated with eCompliance in Technical Operations, ensuring strong quality oversight and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Drive the AI readiness and competency building for the eCompliance organization by identifying and ensuring training staff on AI technologies, integrating AI with existing compliance systems, and ensuring data integrity and security.
Continuous evaluation of AI performance and adherence to ethical guidelines will further align organizational processes with cutting-edge technological advancements.

About the Role:
Responsible for complex Global master data management processes (e.g. cross-divisional set-ups etc.) focused to ensure accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of master data in the SAP ERP system, in accordance of Supply chain operational activities in compliance with the GxP & Regulatory requirements, internal regulations (e.g. Novartis Quality Manual), Good Practices, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable integrated insight planning in partnership with CMA Insights and TA/DA teams—supporting the definition of key business questions (KBQs), aligning on insight objectives, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of insight outputs that inform strategic planning.
- Align the insights execution team with CMA Insights’ strategic direction and shared enterprise goals.
- Anticipate evolving TA/DA needs and ensure insights are embedded early in decision-making to shape brand strategy and drive clarity.Lead the team in synthesizing insights from diverse sources—medical, commercial, patient, access and external—to generate clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic choices.
- Collaborate closely with Market Research and Competitive Intelligence teams to align on research objectives, share findings, and co-develop integrated insights that reflect real-world market, patient, and healthcare system dynamics.
- Govern insight integration through a structured cadence and operating rhythm—ensuring that external signals, human behavior insights, and field intelligence are continuously synthesized and fed into strategic decision-making.
- Enable transparent governance around demand and capacity management to prioratize the most impactful areas of work in collaboration with CMA insights.
- Build and scale insight capabilities across the team by fostering best practices in synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to connect and synthesize insights across medical, commercial, patient, and external data sources Familiarity with data sources, methodologies, and tools used in insights generation.

Essential Requirements:
- University degree and MBA or professional qualification in related field, e.g., business, life sciences
- 15+ years in Pharma Commercial/Consulting//relevant areas, preferably with experience building business and P&L / topline accountability.
- 5+ years’ experience in people management
- Ability and expertise in engaging senior partners and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment with problem-solving skills utilized to identify customer issues and deliver solutions.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data landscape and domain experience.
- Experience in remote relationships (on-shore/off-shore capability delivery)
Desirable Requirements:
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization processes.
- Familiarity with global and local market dynamics in healthcare.
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
