About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead reimbursement processes and negotiate with payer stakeholders to ensure timely patient access
  • Represent Novartis in external organizations including HTA agencies and governmental bodies
  • Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, including risk-sharing proposals with stakeholders
  • Coordinate pharmaco-economic initiatives and cost-sharing schemes in hospital settings
  • Establish optimal HTA approaches through cross-functional collaboration
  • Identify and prioritize market access stakeholders to align strategies with business goals
  • Train marketing and sales teams on market access processes and frameworks
  • Track access progress and optimize time-to-market using measurement systems

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharma, health policy, or market access-related roles
  • Strong understanding of national healthcare and drug reimbursement regulations
  • Proven ability to communicate scientific, legal, and economic topics clearly
  • Experience preparing reimbursement dossiers and negotiating with payer stakeholders
  • Expertise in clinical guidelines, formularies, and HTA processes
  • University degree in a scientific, economic, or business-related field
  • Native Polish and advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

  • Proven success in developing competitive pricing strategies and leveraging competitive intelligence effectively
  • Strong public affairs expertise and ability to build strategic partnerships with payer stakeholders
